Our Legal Notices, Plain and Readable
This is the legal corner of balijitu. We've put account terms, eligibility wording and policy contact paths in one place so you can scan them before you open...
Policy Posture and Jurisdiction Wording
We operate balijitu for Indonesia where local law permits, and we keep our terms aligned with that posture. Our account agreement covers identity verification, the data we hold, the way we resolve policy disputes and the moments we may pause an account pending checks. If you sit outside our supported regions, the lobby will reflect that at sign-in. We update notices when
wording changes materially, and the change date sits at the top of every policy document so you always know which version applies to your account.
Service availability is jurisdiction-dependent. Users are responsible for checking local law before access.

How We Review Our Policies
Versioned Documents
Every legal notice carries a version line and a last-updated date. When we change wording, the prior version stays archived so you can compare what shifted and when the new clause started applying to your account.
Plain-Language Pass
Before any clause goes live, an editor rewrites it in plain en-ID English. Legal precision stays intact, but the sentence you read on screen is the one you can actually act on without a lawyer beside you.
Indonesia Context Check
Our policy team checks each notice against Indonesia market context — wallet names, identity rules, language nuance — so the document you sign matches the lobby you actually use day to day.
Named Policy Owner
Each notice has an internal owner who signs off changes. That accountability means the wording on this page reflects a decision made by a person, not a generic template pulled from another brand.
Change Log Visibility
We publish a short change log next to material updates. You see what moved, why it moved and when the new clause takes effect, instead of finding out only after a dispute reaches support.
Quiet Review Cadence
Twice a year we sweep the entire policy set for stale references, broken links and clauses that no longer match how the lobby works. Small fixes ship quietly; bigger ones get a banner.
